Here we have an Unusual  George III Antique Silver bright cut engraved double compartment snuff / pill box of rectangular form made in 1808 by William Pugh in Birmingham. Despite this box being over 200 years old it retains its original gilding to interiors together with crispness of engraved decoration & without damage or defect to the silverwork. The box measures 7.5 cms x 3.5 cms wide. The hinged lids to both compartments remain snug fitting.
