Delivery Charges
Postage & Packaging to all UK destinations is free of charge at the present time. Please allow 3 – 7 working days for delivery. Items will be sent by signed for service either Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or by Parcelforce 48 service for larger items. Please provide the following information at checkout :

- Any special delivery instructions.
- Name & address for the parcel.
Collections
Collections can be made from 3 Royal Arcade , 28 Old Bond Street London W1S 4PF. Please place your order and I will confirm when your order is ready to collect & arrange for a suitable collection time. (Shop in Royal Arcade is currently closed due to covid restrictions.)
Postage & Packing to ALL Overseas destinations will need to be quoted for individually so please email providing details of intending purchase, final destination and quotation for signed-for delivery will be arranged.
Return / Refund Policy
I hope you are happy with your purchase(s). However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply send it back within 30 days for a full refund less the cost incurred by me in original postage in the case of UK destinations.
All items must be in new and unused condition in original packaging.
Returns Process
To return an item please email
returns@simongriffinsilver.co.uk to receive authorisation and for a return address to be agreed. After you have received authorisation please place item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and post the return by signed-for delivery to the shop at 3 Royal Arcade, 28 Old Bond Street, London W1S4PF or to an alternative address if during Lockdown to be agreed.
Please note you will be responsible for all return postage charges.
Once received and everything is in order the relevant refund will be made, less original cost of postage as specified in return / refund policy above.
